eLearning Training Course

This is an introductory eLearning course that I designed and developed to support staff participating in organizational transformation initiative involving the adoption of Agile ways of working.  This course includes concepts and techniques attributed to Amy Edmundson, a psychologist and author recognized as an expert on psychological safety.  The course includes a non-graded knowledge check to assess understanding of key concepts and strategies. It allows learners to navigate sections freely after completing the introduction.

This course was designed in Articulate Rise with additional components created in Articulate Storyline.  I designed and developed a series of videos using the Synthesia avatar video production and editing environment. Synthesia videos are embedded via HTML in the course and can be updated and maintained independently from the eLearning course.

There is an interactive practice exercise in the Carving Out Safe Space section of the course that I developed in Articulate Storyline. I developed an API integration between Articulate Storyline and OpenAI using JavaScript. This experimental integration was created to explore its capabilities and potential enhancements to the learning experience. Significant effort was dedicated to developing and testing JavaScript and various Text to Speech functionalities.

Feedback and review of the overall course and videos can be managed thru Articulate Review and Synthesia.  This course can be deployed to any SCORM compliant Learning Management System to support registration and completion tracking.
